Films will be shown at Brighton Unitarian Church – we’ve brought the film trail indoors due to the weather.
Selected from Oska Bright Film Festival’s Queer Freedom strand, the programme brings together five short films exploring queer identity, love, self-expression and freedom.
Queer Freedom celebrates LGBTQIA+ stories at the intersection of queerness and disability. Oska Bright is the world’s leading film festival for films made by or featuring learning disabled and autistic people.

A surreal exploration of queer identity in the face of immigration, following teenager Hajnal as they grapple with leaving their post-Soviet country for a new life in England.
